Inspire Medical Systems, Inc. Announces Pricing of Offering of Common Stock
MINNEAPOLIS, Dec. 06, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Inspire Medical Systems, Inc. (NYSE: INSP) (“Inspire”), a medical technology company focused on the development and commercialization of innovative and minimally invasive solutions for patients with obstructive sleep apnea, announced today the pricing of the previously announced offering of 2,500,000 shares of its common stock, consisting of 1,500,000 shares offered by Inspire and 1,000,000 shares offered by certain stockholders of Inspire (the “Selling Stockholders”), at a public offering price of $40.00 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions. In addition, Inspire has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 375,000 shares of its common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. Inspire will not receive any proceeds from the sale of common stock by the Selling Stockholders. The offering is expected to close on December 11, 2018, subject to customary closing conditions.
BofA Merrill Lynch, Leerink Partners and Wells Fargo Securities are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Guggenheim Securities and Stifel are acting as lead managers for the offering.
