Adamis Pharmaceuticals Announces Closing of Public Offering of Common Stock and Exercise of Over-Allotment Option in Full
SAN DIEGO, Aug. 06, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Adamis Pharmaceuticals Corporation (Nasdaq:ADMP), a specialty biopharmaceutical company primarily focused on developing and commercializing products in various therapeutic areas, including respiratory disease and allergy, announced today the closing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 11,666,667 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $3.00 per share, as well as 1,750,000 additional shares of its common stock pursuant to the full exercise of the over-allotment option granted to the underwriters.
The gross proceeds are expected to be approximately $40,250,000, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses payable by the company.
Raymond James & Associates, Inc. acted as the sole book-running manager for the offering. B. Riley FBR acted as lead manager for the offering. H.C. Wainwright & Co. and Maxim Group LLC acted as co-managers for the offering.
